About a month ago I needed an oil change and went to a competitor, using one of the competitor's coupon for the same services. The competitors coupon was for $29.99, costing me over $45 when services were complete.
Took my 2009 Pilot in for Routine Maintence, tires, water pump, timing belt and some paint touch ups. The car looks brand NEW! Runs great too. Thanks Guys!
I have taken my vehicle to this location at least 6 or 7 times, service is always great and most importantly, very accommodating. They are easy to get a hold of don't try to sell you services or items you do not need.
From the moment I walked in the door, Matt and his crew took care of me. I was in and out the door with tires and rotors, and I left my daughters car at the shop for the day for a complete overhaul on the underside to include tie rods, ball joints, etc. Fully expected it to be a 2 day job and they were done by the end of the business day. Never once did they try to push parts on me that weren't needed. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely proficient. Thank you for the great experience and for getting both of our cars in and back on the road as quickly as possible. Recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for great customer service.
Called Complete yesterday and dropped the wife's car off for an oil change and a little over an hour later got a call to come pick it up. They really know how to satisfy the customer.
