Paid $38.99 and was completely dissatisfied. After arriving home and examining my car there was still dirt on both outside and inside. I expect that from a $5-$10 car wash but not a $38.99 car wash. Had to rewatch my car myself. Will never go there again.
I love watching 6 people wash my car. You would think that for fifty bucks plus tip they would clean all of the interior windows. Nope. They have missed the rear window on every visit. All windows are also left with streaks every time. Exterior of the car always looks great, though.
Had my car washed today, 6/27/17. Paid for the $19.99 "package". While the clerks were nice, and my car was mostly clean...I had to ask for a towel from the young lady who just wiped my car down because there were noticeably huge smears still on the just cleaned windows. And water spots all over the car still. This was mediocre at best. Wish I would have just done it myself. Oh well, live and learn.
Go here every week, excellent car wash, great customer service, and quality "touchless" wash. No brushes, or swirling towels in the car wash tunnel, just sprayers and soap then 5 or 6 people detail it when it comes out the other side. My truck always looks fantastic, thank you Classic...
Very Dissatisfied with the Attention to detail at the wash in O'Fallon today. All I wanted was to get a Wash the car, wipe down and wipe down the interior with no Armor all. When my car was turned back to me all the mats inside were puddled with water, one floor mat was laying in my back seat. The person that did the inside had Armor all on his or her hands and I had greasy hand prints on my interior Leather. The trunk had water pouring out of the channels so the back of the car was still wet. I asked for a towel so I could detail the car myself. I have always gone to Country Club but I thought I would give Classic Car a chance. Never again I will either go back to County Club or have the 4 year old next door do my car and get a better job.. thanks..
