I have used Walter Knoll Florist for many years and have never been disappointed with their service and with the beautiful arrangements they deliver. They pay attention to details and have helped me send flowers here and across the country.
Picture of floral display showed 19 viable bright colored flowers , beginning at top of vase and extending beyond arrangement. Picture my recipient received showed 10, at best, flowers, no tall floral shoots extending from top, and entire lower portion of arrangement was greener and small purple filler.
My boyfriend bought me flowers on Friday and they were beautiful but quickly began to wilt. I called the next day and they were very understanding. The icy weather prevented me from returning them that day and they said not to hurry. The following day, Sunday, we brought them to the store and they seemed happy to replace them. 10/10 will use this florist again. Amazing customer service and a beautiful product!
Came in last minute for a "Get Well Soon" pick me up for my sister. Staff was so accommodating, allowed for a slight customization of a cooler ready bouquet. It was beautiful to start with, but by the time we had worked together and added a couple extras, it was gorgeous! Greatly appreciated, and my sister loved it! Will definitely be coming back.
Walter Knoll saved Homecoming! We ordered a corsage from another florist closer to us and it was nothing like what we had requested. (It was bad!) Called in to Walter Knoll and they were able to get us a new corsage in just a few hours and it looked great, just what we were wanting! Thanks Walter Knoll, you earned our business from here on out!
