The older gentleman who answered all my questions and we sat in front of the computer was just a total sweetheart. He was so nice and helpful. I am going back today to find out his name because he was a wonderful employee! I would have bought the freezer yesterday but I wanted to wait and buy it with my husband today....

Already a great fan of the company and this location was no exception. We have been here multiple times since moving to the area and love it every time we walk through the threshold. Who doesn't love the smell of fresh lumbar in the morning! Plus if you walk through the gardening section, it is as if you have been whisked away to a place only Frances Hodgson Burnett could describe!
Everything is easy to find. People are helpful
I went into the Home Depot (store 3015) on 10/20 at about 6 pm. I picked out some clamps and then saw a store floor attendant standing in plumbing and mentioned to him that I needed 2 pieces of black 3/4" pipe cut. He said ok and walked away. I picked out 2 - 3/4" x 10' pieces of black pipe and waited for the floor attendant to return. He did not come back. I went to the front pro desk and no one was there to help me. I then went to the cashier and asked if they could get someone back in plumbing to cut some black pipe. They said they would and I went back to plumbing and waited an additional 10 minutes. I then put back my clamps back and promptly went to Lowes. I am only giving Home Depot a one star because that is the lowest it will allow. Terrible customer service!
