Currently in line waiting to pay for my sister to get in. This place looks very cool the atmosphere is very playful and teen friendly for the Friday night frenzy for teens. However, this place is very disorganized. 3 people working a Friday night to register people is absolutely ridiculous. And the waiver should not take so damn long to fill out. If I have someone else’s child it should be easier to fill out.. We are here to have fun. Not stressed out because the management here sucks and doesn’t know how to run a business properly. And yes I am fully aware how proper businesses are ran. Especially for a place like this.
Definitely not coming back!!! Incrediblely under staffed, dirty (never saw anyone wiping anything down the while time we were there) , and the staff that was working certainly weren't paying attention or reprimanding the younger children for not using the trampolines properly. My son was never served at the concession stand after waiting some time, and my husband asked for a larger pair of socks for my son, and was denied and told "they are too expensive to hand out". I don't see them staying in business too long with this sort of management.
Fun place to bring the kids. There's a lot of backless seating or massage chairs that alarm if you don't pay. Snack food is expensive.
Haha I tripped and then a staff member came over and was like are you ok?? I couldn’t tell if it was laughing or crying and i was cracking up!! She was very nice and the staff was cautious by telling people not to run but not much concern about what to do and what not to do
I have mixed reviews, the waiver to fill out was annoying, i had to do it 3 times because it kept clitching out. So waiting was frustraing. The pricing was to expensive for kids to jump. Food was expensive and not many options. Candy nachos or chips. My 9 year old loved it. But i was more scared for my 2 and 3 year old. There was no safe place for them to play. They got trampled on by teens running across the whole area. And the kid zone is right next to the dodgeball and got hit by balls flying out of the area. Better for older kids for sure. But wont be back.
