Worst company ever. Sales rep Kin G. will try to say how great they do on there jobs. In my contract Kin was supposed to give me 2 sheets of plywold at no charge. The reason he said no charge was he had no intentions on replacing anything but the shingles(I have the contact that list everything I was supposed to receive and the charge). Now my front porch has a dip in the front and it's a complete eyesore. I even had a call from Matt the owner and I explained to him my frustration. I heard nothing since our conversation. I also was supposed to get a free subscription to Angielist so I could tell people my experience. Kin said all he wants me to do is rate them high and the subscription is free to keep. l didn't receive any subscriptions to Angie's List. All i want is my roof to be completed. Why would Quality Roofing leave my roof in worse condition then when they started the job I'm very unhappy and if anyone want to see pictures of my roof before the job and after I would share them with you. My advise is to go with another company they will be $500 cheaper and they may do a better job then these guys. Keep in mind these people like Kin are salesman and if they don't sell they don't eat.

They handled all the paperwork between the insurance and mortgage companies so it was less hassle for me. Cant say enough good things about this company and Kim Gjere the rep from Quality who worked with me. 6 of my neighbors ended up using them for their hail storm repairs too. Every one of them I talked to post repairs were satisfied as well with the service. Will definitely use them again for any work on the house.

Worst roofing company ever!!! I had tornado damage to my home. At first I thought they were the company to go with but later found out they were unreliable and shysters. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will never understand why some companies try to take advantage of their customers. I'm so happy this mess is over and I never have to deal with them again.
Great experience start to finish with Quality Roofing & Contracting, who replaced our roof due to hail damage. Really enjoyed working with their salesman Kim who is very detail oriented and customer-focused. Their crew worked so hard and completed our roof in a single day. Excellent job all-around.
Kim came out and did the insurance valuation inspection with the claims guy and made sure that he included all the damage. The claims rep missed a few things but Kim pointed them out. Kim took the time and effort to track down the manufacturer of my 15yr old siding so it was an exact match and then went directly to the insurance company when he found out that it was premium siding to get that included in my insurance check.
They did quality work and saved me a bit of money in the process. Very upfront, honest and made me feel comfortable that I was not getting taken for a ride which happens all to often after a big storm comes through with the fly-by-night guys who just subcontract all the work to the cheapest bidder. I wanted quality materials and work and they delivered.
