If I could give no stars I would. The sales person was great the day of the sale, but ever since then it has been an uphill battle. GMT sold us a vehicle last year that was leaking fluid. When we looked before we left the lot they said it was only oil- they had just done an oil change! We didn't think anything of it as we are definitely not mechanics. We went to title the vehicle and our safety inspection was expired, called GMT and they had their mechanic shop do another inspection- vehicle passed. Ironically enough not even 2 weeks later our power steering rack exploded in our parking lot. We called GMT, they told us their mechanics would fix it. We asked at this time if we could get our mechanics to fix it since we trusted ours and not theirs (Theirs had just passed this leaking vehicle, not once, but twice) They refused, the only way it was going to be covered is if we used their mechanic. A few weeks later this power steering rack became an issue again- their "trusted" mechanic admitted to installing this power steering rack backwards! How does this even happen? Then we go to get our plated renewed and we can't pass inspection because our power steering rack is leaking AGAIN. Call GMT, they won't pay my mechanic to do this work, but their mechanic can do it. I asked for a FORD factory part- they wouldn't give this to me. I let them replace my rack, take this to my mechanic 3 weeks later, only 3 weeks later, because I have a puddle of fluid in my driveway. My rack is leaking again and was not replaced, but rebuilt!! I was furious. GMT has nothing to say now. They supposedly paid for my rack to be replaced by their mechanic and are not upset that it is broken and was never replaced. The "trusted" mechanic they are using are passing vehicles and letting GMT sell them as safe to be on the road. OUR POWER STEERING RACK IS BAD.. This is not safe. Rather than allowing an actual trusted mechanic to do the work, they would rather their customers be ripped off and be driving unsafe vehicles. I purchased a 30,000 dollar vehicle from GMT. All I want is the rack to be a safe rack! I have already paid to get this replaced but everyone needs to know what is happening on GMT's lot. What GMT is allowing is fraud. GMT and their "trusted" mechanic are scamming customers.
My wife and I upgraded both of our vehicles here. Could not be happier with the experience. Great service. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle
