Excellent selection of cars and a great building and lot. Location was close to my home and I was in the market for a newer car so after browsing on the internet I went to Pinnacle first and did not bother looking anywhere else. Brad was excellent and I found a car I wanted on their lot. They gave me a good price on my trade in and love my new car! The entire experience went very smooth and was definitely one of my best experiences buying a used car. The car I purchased from Pinnacle was perfect for my son, however my son was able to see the true colors of dishonest people. The purchase was easy enough since I paid cash, however getting paperwork to actually title the car was more than difficult. I was told I'd have the paperwork in three weeks. Mid week 4 I called and Brad said it was put into the mail "yesterday" (Wednesday)and that I should get it within a couple days. Those days came and went, another call. I was told it was put into the mail on "Friday" and was sent via FedEx. When I asked for the tracking number, for various "reasons" I couldn't get it right away. Long story short, the tracking number I finally received was from the USPS and the owner said he was unaware they weren't using FedEx anymore... really? Add to it, the delivery was 1-day Priority shipping with an expected delivery date of Tuesday! If they had just been up front and honest that they dropped the ball to get the papers to me, I would have gone and picked them up and appreciated them being honest. More than one person there was not honest with me. In the end my temporary plate expired, making the car unable to be driven, and I had one day to register the car. Can people not be honest about anything when buying a car? I absolutely won't go back.
