They are now asking for full price which is 60 % more than the price I bought. if they continue to have the same attitude then they will go the same way Rothman's furniture is going
Called to cancel my order on 9/20 & was told by Amanda that it was cancelled. When my payment wasn't credited back, I called to check on it. MFs didn't cancel my order!!!!! I had to do it all over again! Biggest $1800 mistake ever!
First off, the positives: this is a very large store that has a ton of different styles and pieces. Everything from classic to modern and in between. Very good selection to choose from. Great quality, too.

Good overall experience. I was told the dining set I was looking for was in stock. When I went to go purchase the product I was told I would have to pick it up at the south county location. I was hesitant to make that trip and I was going to just buy it online since it was the same price. They offered to have it delivered and installed for $40 and I agreed. The delivery guys were professional. The dining set looks great!

I am so amazed with the sales person skill to understand customer issue and resolve it. I have purchased a bedroom set with only end table because I was not sure two would fit well or not. After getting the furniture, I thought like getting 1 more end table. So I went to purchase one more. This is so ridiculous but true. I have price matched with a online store (60% less than Ashley) when I bought the set. Online store is not selling the bedroom set anymore or may be out of stock. So, I have showed the receipt of Ashley and asked to give me another end table with the price they have given me before. Sales person said they cant do that. Really???? They would match the price with other store but cant sell customer an end table at the same price which they sold 1 month ago?
The negatives: being greeted and chatted with by an unsolicited salesman looking to close a deal is pretty annoying. I feel pressured and I can't look freely. Also, the store is a little pricy.

My wife and I came in looking for a new bedroom set and new couches for our new home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sandy, our sales lady for the day! She was not pushy on anything, offered her opinion and helped us navigate around the store. She was very knowledgeable about every product we asked about and in the end helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. This was a great experience and we would definitely come back, and recommend Ashley to our friends!

After I had to BEG 3 different associates for customer service, I was ready to place my order. Even though I was approved for financing, the sale associate, Danielle Mays, & I couldn't get a sales manager to come explain the terms & conditions of their financing options.Fed up, I decided to just pay cash.Then, I had to wait another 45 minutes to pay CASH for my order. Then, they overcharged me. When I called corporate to get it corrected, an automated voice told me I would have to call the store & then hung up on me! I had to call the store 3 times before someone answered. Asking to speak to a manger, I was told they would have to call me back. Then when they did, I was told by manager, Mike that he couldn't help me & that the sale associate had to call me back! He offered no customer service what-so-ever & completely blamed the associate for my poor experience! This store gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The managers don't even compensate for their incompetent staff like retail managers normally/should do. This was the worst shopping experience I ever had!
