We bought a sofa and love seat from them a couple years ago and loved them so much we went back last year for coffee table and end tables. Great stuff, good prices.
Applied for a janitorial position here. Came in, completely ignored by staff, the woman that set up the interview could not be found once I did get help after standing around for 20minutes. And the person interviewing me was not even there. Never called the next day. The fact that I was completely ignored when I walked in and around the store was a red flag. The lack of service and etiquette is why brick and mortar stores like this are going out of business.
Not very happy with this company. We went and brought a couch and love seat from them and purchased the extended warranty that was supposed to cover most damages. I the one year that we have owned the furniture we have had it repaired at least 5 times, and about 2 weeks after the repair the furniture breaks again. It takes extremely long for the warranty company to respond, they take 6 or 8 weeks for any kind of response, and if you need any kind of parts it could take way longer. The furniture is certainly not worth the money, the warranty is not worth it, and just not very happy with the overall company. I highly recommend that you not use this company unless you want furniture that is overpriced and not worth the money.
Incredibly chintzy furniture. Flawed veneers and drawers that feel like they're about to fall apart on nearly every piece. They are going out of business soon, which is no surprise.
For a going out of business sale, the prices seemed a little steep. Kind of like they were asking full price. Want an end table? Good luck finding it! They don't really have any departments, so items are scattered all over the store...
Update:10/2/2017 Chris called twice left a voicemail both times the 2nd one he said uh and um at least 10 times. I did not hear an apology for wasting my time in either voicemail. Like I would ever come down there AGAIN. My time is equally valuable, that is the most disrespectful thing to do to another person. Schedule an interview, not even show, person who set it up is MIA. Didn't bother to call the next business day, no apology when you do call.
