According to the salesperson at the store "soft credit check required in order to be allowed to order a merchandise" even though I told specifically I would pay cash. A month later I ended up with a new kay credit card account opened in my name that I never wanted. Never going to Kay again
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience at this location has always been fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my purchases from Kay.
