My wife has been going here for years, she had my wedding band custom made and it's amazing. Everything that we have gotten or had repair at this shore has been done timely and beautifully. Best part is the prices, they are not going to put on some fake sales (raise the price just lower it with a "sale") They just have the best prices everyday.
I just talked to a woman who said the exact opposite of what i was told over the phone. She was incredible rude and condescending... Basically a jerk. Ill be finding a different jewelry store.

Super happy! My wedding ring needed to be repaired. Kay's wanted $400 to fix. Randy's fixed for $95! Not only did Kay's try to over charge me but they were going to do unnessary repairs to prongs that were fine.
